A Mentored Success Plan: Our residents aren’t just renters—they are program participants. Every family is paired with a mentor, attends educational classes, and works toward specific financial and personal goals.
Professional Accountability: We act as a bridge between you and the tenant. If issues arise, you have a direct line to our volunteer board and program coordinators.
Vetted Referrals: In partnership with Mercy Services United, we ensure every family is assessed for readiness and a commitment to self-sufficiency before they enter our program.

Maintain Active Employment: Families must be working to remain in the program.
Education & Growth: Participants attend classes on budgeting, home maintenance, and life skills.
Financial Contribution: Residents contribute to their housing and utility costs, teaching them the habits of long-term stability.

Inquiry: You let us know you have an available (or upcoming) rental unit.
Assessment: We share our program guidelines and ensure your property meets the needs of our current waitlist.
Agreement: We sign a partnership agreement. You receive professional, guaranteed rent payments directly from our 501(c )(3) organization.
Ongoing Support: We remain in constant contact with the tenant and provide you with a direct point of contact for any property needs.
